Jack Goebel (Charlie Brown) is currently in 10th grade at East Hall High School. He enjoys hanging out with friends and helping out in his community. This is one of his first plays where he is the main character, and he would just love to thank everyone around him that inspired him to be the best he can be.
Talan Ledford (Snoopy), is a Senior in this year’s Valhalla Productions. Talan has been apart of this program since his sophomore year. Some shows Talan has been apart of our shows Miss Firecracker Contest, Seussical The Musical, The Edge of Peace, Once Upon A Mattress, and Hush: An Interview With America. He has also won the award of best ensemble for his performance. Talan will be taking on the role as Snoopy in our upcoming production, “You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown.” Talan used to be an officer for the troupe, but has gracefully passed down his role as Treasurer to one of our troupes newcomers. Talan is also the president of our schools club, Sources of Strength. Talan enjoys singing, dancing, and loves to cook homemade dinners. Talan’s future plans are to hopefully be accepted into Berry College, and from there major in theater. Talan is very excited this years shows and will continue to participate in as many shows this year as he can before he is gone. He would like to thank his fellow cast members and his family for everything they have done for him.
Colton Hewell (Schroeder) is a Senior here at East Hall. You may recognize from Hush: an Interview with America, which was taken to GHSA Subregion One Act Competition, where he won All-Star Cast for his role as Frank Parks. You may also recognize him from other recent roles, including Bill in Complete History of Theatre: Abridged!, Prince Dauntless in Once Upon a Mattress and Tuc in the Edge of Peace. He is the President for ITS Troupe #5432, and was previously the Troupe’s Vice President and Scribe. Outside of Theatre, he also participates in the EHHS Chorus. He has gone to GMEA AllState Chorus for 4 years, and will be going again this upcoming February. Colton plans on going to college after he graduates, and he aims to major in Computer Science. However, he still hopes to remain active in the dramatic arts even after his departure from East Hall. He is very excited to perform for you, and he hopes you enjoy the show!
(Lucy Van Pelt)
Sydney Brown (Lucy Van Pelt), is currently a senior at East Hall High School. Sydney is this year’s troupe Vice-President, as well as she was the Troup Vice President last year. She has been a part of East Hall's Theatre program since her freshman year, and is very excited for her role as Lucy Van Pelt in, "Your A Good Man Charlie Brown". Her past performances include, Andrina and ensemble in The Little Mermaid, Missy Hart and ensemble in 9 to 5, Gertrude McFuzz in Seussical, Truvy in our sadly cut production Steel Magnolias, Girl in Edge of Peace, Winnifred the Woebegone in Once Upon a Mattress, Ensemble 4 in The Complete History of Theatre (Abridged), and Jana Roberts in Hush: An Interview With America. After high school, Sydney plans to attend Piedmont University in hopes of joining the theater program while also studying to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Sydney says, “My favorite part about performing, is that when in character, you're no longer subjected to being yourself. You can be anyone or anything you desire.”

Alex Lewallen (Linus Van Pelt) is a Sophomore enrolled in East Hall High School and plays Linus in “You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown” this is Alex’s 5th show, In his first show “Edge of Peace” Alex played both as Clovis during our one act competition he also was the radio voice, in “Once Upon a Mattress” he played King Sextimus the Silent, in “Complete History of Theater Abridged” he played Constantine Stanislavsky, In “Hush an Interview With America” he was the FBI agent, Alex is also this year’s treasurer for Troupe 5432 our thespian troupe, he is also apart of Nation Honor Society and is very excited for this show and all of our shows to come!
Jayleen Lona (Sally Brown) is a Junior who is proud to say that she is a part of this year's production of You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown. She’s excited to be playing the role of “Sally brown”, Charlie Brown's annoying and sassy younger sister. You may have seen her in the Vikings Players production of Hush: An Interview With America, The Complete History Of Theater (abridged) as Sarah Benheart, and Once Upon a Mattress as the Jester, or on stage in the EHHS choir, the Viking singers. Zander Garrison (Assistant Director/Ensemble) Zander is a sophomore and is an Ensemble member and the Assistant Director for this show! Zander loves to write short stories and poetry. She's so excited to be a part of this musical. She has experience such as “Maggie” a 12 year old girl from the show “Hush: An interview with America.” “Producer and Dramaturg” from the show “The Complete History of Theater (Abridged).” She was lights for the show “Once upon a Mattress.” And last but not least (and technically first) she was “Voice” from “The Edge of Peace.” She had a wonderful time helping with this show and is so thankful for the amazing cast and crew who helped make this show possible, not only for you, but for the elementary schoolers!
Elizabeth Warren (Ensemble/Stage Manager/Costumes) is a junior at East Hall High School, and this is her second year as a Viking Player. This year she represents the troupe as the webmaster. You have seen her work in last years production of Edge of Peace, assisting in costumes. Her dedication and determination led her to being the assistant director and ensemble in last years production of Once Upon a Mattress. Elizabeth contributed to our final show of the season as the sound board operator and the props master for The Complete History of Theater (Abridged). Starting out this season, Elizabeth took charge of the costume department as head seamstress. For this show, she also assisted in costumes along with being part of the ensemble and stage management. When not in theater, she can be found cheering for the East Hall Viking football and basketball teams as a varsity cheerleader. She is a proud member of International Thespian Society. She is also a member of National Honors Society, National Society of High School Scholars, Sources of Strength, and the East Hall chorus, the Viking Singers. She has also completed her pathway in graphics and design, but hopes to go into forensic sciences once she graduates. She thanks you for coming and hopes you enjoy the show!
(Red-Haired Girl/Dance Captain)
Ashley Navarro (Red Haired Girl/Dance Captain) is a Senior at East Hall High School, this is her first year being part of Valhalla Productions. This year she represents the troupe as Dance Captain, and she is part of the ensemble for this show. Besides theater she can be found on the field as Colorguard Captain, she is a part of Chorus, Band, Beta Club, Interact Club, HOPE, First Gen, National Honor Society, SOS, Wrestling and Tennis. She is excited for the show and hopes everyone enjoys it as much as she did!
Katie Truman (Peanut) is a sophomore at East Hall High School. This is her first year officially as part of Valhalla Productions, although she helped out last year in the theaters production of Once Upon a Mattress. She’s excited to be back officially! Starting off the season she did sound for Hush: An Interview with America. This show is her debut on stage as ensemble as a peanut. She’s happy you’re here and hopes you enjoy the show!
Lilli Smith (Peanut/Paint Crew) is a senior at East Hall High School. This is her second year in Valhalla Production. You have seen her in last year's production of Once Upon a Mattress, as a Lady in Waiting. When not in theater, she can be found doing colorguard activities for the East Hall marching band. She is also in the Wind Ensemble for the band. She also does Chorus for East Hall.
Zay Romano (Peanut) is a junior at East Hall high school. Zay loves theater, art, and writing. They are very involved in the arts and hope you enjoy the show!
Kalub Head (Woodstock Bird) is a senior who has been on and behind the stage since Sophomore year. He has played such roles as Ricky Ricks in Edge of Peace and The Goose in Once Upon A Mattress. His dumb sense of humor helps keep people's spirits up, and tries to help anyway he can. His favorite movie is Stand By Me and his favorite song in this musical is “Suppertime."
Haley Jarrard (Woodstock Bird/Costumes) is a junior and has been a part of the theater program since her freshman year. She’s been a part of our past productions which you may have seen such as Seussical being a part of ensemble and Edge of Peace performing the role of Margaret. She was also featured in our show, Once Upon A Mattress as a lady in waiting. In our most recent shoe, Hush:An Interview with America, she played the role of Eve. She also took her role to One Act and performed the role of T-shirt as well. She won best ensemble for her performance in Seussical. Along with being a member of our theater department, Haley is a varsity cheerleader for football and basketball. She has been a cheerleader since she was five. She is also a part of the National Thespian Society. Apart from being a thespian member, Haley is a proud member of Beta Club, EPICC, Youth Leadership, National Honors Society, presenting as this year's treasurer, and is also a part of the Honors Mentorship Program. In her spare time Haley enjoys reading, spending quality time with her friends, and making great memories with the people around her. As she starts her healthcare career beginning with an internship at the hospital in the pre/post op center, Haley hopes to go into the medical field in hopes to become a Pediatric nurse and further down the road transitioning over to a travel nurse. Haley is proud to be a member of troupe 5432 and hopes you enjoy the show.
Nila Goss (Woodstock Bird) is a junior and for this play she is a Woodstock Bird. She was also in the musical Once Upon a Mattress as an ensemble member. She also was in the show Seussical the Musical as JoJo. She enjoys this show and says it was an amazing show to be a part of. She really loves all the different sounds in the songs and how everyone of them sounds so different. She is also in Chorus and SOS!
Demetri Knowles (Stage Manager) is a returning actress and technician in the Valhalla Productions theatre program. She is a senior and was in Edge of Peace as a sound board operator, Once Upon a Mattress as Lady Larken, in The Complete History of Theatre (abridged) as the House Manager, and as a Voice of America in Hush: An Interview with America. She is planning to go to university for visual arts when she graduates and hopes you enjoy the show!
Caroline Poole (Sound Operator) is a Junior at East Hall High School and has been in theater since elementary school. You have seen her work in previous productions like Elf, Wizard of Oz, The Little Mermaid, 9 to 5, Suessical, and many others. When she is not in theater, you will find her in the East Hall Viking Marching Band as the Drum Major. She is also a member of the girls golf team at East Hall. She is a proud member of, of course, International Thespian Society, but also Interact Club and East Hall High School's Wind Ensemble. When she graduates, she hopes to study in Environmental Sciences and become a Park Ranger. Karla lerma (Light Operator) is a senior. She has been apart of the theater program for four years but this is her second year apart of the after school program. Karla also is part of the East Hall marching band which she is the drum major she has been the drum major for two years. Karla also has a part of the Lady viking soccer team, National society, leadership academy.
Alex Ortiz (Stage Crew) is a senior and a 4th year technical theater student. Alex has worked on shows in the past as a freshman and is happy to return to the program. Alex Ortiz is a proud member of the East hall high school viking marching band and has been a member of the varsity boys tennis team for several years now. Jameson Shockley (Stage Crew) is a senior this year and this is their first theater show of the year. They are really excited to be a part of the light and sound crew for Charlie Brown.
Tyler Edwards (Stage Crew) is a senior. This will be his first show but has been in theater for 2 years. He is also in the marching band and is actually the band captain.
Ethan Thompson (Stage Crew) is a freshman at East Hall and is very excited to help with tech in the east hall high school theater. They make music with guitar and vocals outside of theater and love music like Nirvana, soundgarden, Alice In Chains, hole and bikini kill.
